I have no idea what they actually do in there, but this has got to be the coolest looking building in the country! Right downtown district 1, you've got to walk past it wherever you go!

Make sure you swing by and see the statue of Ho Chi Minh while you're in district 1, he's right in front of the coolest building you ever saw!

Beautiful building with a nice garden in front. Go there first for a snap with Big Ho. Zoom in to the top of the building and you'll see flocks of pigeons near the top with encrusted bird muck!
