Staff is nice & will tell you if there aren't many in the cave. There was 1 when I went, & it was still worth it! The cave is amazing & you can climb to see the original entrance & Hectea Lighthouse.

Be there when the door opens! You can park in front of the entrance and be the first to go down the elevator!

Helpful staff. If the sea lions aren't in the cave the staff will tell you about other viewing spots where you can see them.

Definitely worth a visit. Take the elevator down for an incredible experience.

Besides a great place to see both Steller and California Sea Lions, you may also catch a glimpse of Gray Whales!
